Kelley Myers

I have been a Full-time Real Estate Broker for over 35 years now, and I still enjoy helping first time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership! I love helping people list their homes for sale, find or build their dream home they have always wanted, or find that investment or commercial property. I have completed training with multiple Relocation companies and enjoy helping their incoming and outgoing transferees. All aspects of the buying and selling process require expertise along the way, and I am here to help you through every stage!

I am a member of both the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids Board of REALTORS, and I am a past member of the Board of Directors for the Iowa City Area Association Of REALTORS and Chair of the Public Relations Committee.

I have been with Ruhl & Ruhl for over 15 years, and have been a multiple year award winner for Customer Service, Sales and Referrals.

I graduated from the University of Missouri (Go Tigers) and worked in Real Estate at the Lake of the Ozarks for over 14 years before moving to Iowa City and becoming a Hawkeye Fan. I have had my Iowa Broker's license for over 21 years, and still have my Missouri Broker's license.

My family includes my daughter, Megan Cartwright, who graduated from U of I and is a Captain in the Iowa Army National Guard and an RN, Son-In-Law Jerry Cartwright and grand daughter Evelyn. My partner, Dave Moore, who works with me here at Ruhl&Ruhl and is part of my Team, and our rescue dog, tricolored beagle/rat terrier mix, Lucy2.
